Learned Sr. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondentBank, on instructions, makes a statement as under : "The Respondent Bank agrees as a one time measure and without creating any precedent to deduct the amount of union levy from the arrears payable to the employees arising out of implementation of Xth bi-partite settlement and pay over to the concerned union on the basis of specific authority individually given by the employees in this regard. Accordingly the Bank's Circular No. 677 Dt. 26/6/2015 has become infructuous."

In view of above statement, both the Counsel appearing for the respective parties submitted to dispose of the present petition. 3.

A copy of written statement tendered by learned Counsel for respondent-Bank, is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
