Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the first informant Devayani Bhattacharya.

Mr. Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the parties herein have settled the matter amicably between them and the consent terms dated 17.7.2018 have been entered into between the parties. A copy of the said consent terms is tendered across the bar. Same are taken on record and marked "X" for Page-1/3

identification. The learned counsel appearing for the first informant concedes to the said fact of settlement between the parties.

In view of the consent terms filed by the parties herein, the applicants are entitled to be protected by prearrest bail. Hence, the following order.

a) In the event of arrest in CR No.73/2018 dated 19.2.2018 registered with Varsova Police Station, Mumbai, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two separate solvent local sureties in the like amount.

b) The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.
