Learned APP on instructions from Additional Senior Jailor, Mumbai Central Prison submitted that, Petitioner has been released from jail on 26th May, 2015 under the Order bearing No.429 of 2015 dated 25th May, 2015 passed by Trial Court.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition as of today does not survive and the Petition is accordingly disposed off.
