The petitioner has written a letter to the Registry which forms of part of the petition. The petitioner has made complaint against the Jail C.M.O., Mr. Kukudwar and D.C.P.L.A. I & II for not following the Hon'ble special MCOCA Courts order regarding sending the applicant at J. J. Hospital & nair Hospital for medical treatment. It is alleged in the said letter that Chief Medical Officer, who is in-charge of the Jail Medical Hospital deliberately turned down the request made by the petitioner. The petitioner therefore by this writ petition prays for initiation of enquiry for negligence against the concerned C.M.O. and D.C.P.L. A. I & II of the Mumbai Central Prison. 2.

Learned APP submitted that the concerned Authority will look in the grievance of the petitioner, if it subsists as on date and take appropriate Ethape

In that view of the aforesaid statement, we hope and expect that the concerned Superintendent of Jail Mumbai Central Prison, Mumbai or any other appropriate authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner if it subsists as on date and take appropriate decision in accordance with law and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. 4.

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. 5.
