Heard Mr.R.B.Mokashi, the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. I have glanced through the relevant evidence and the impugned judgment.

This does not seem to be a fit case for suspending the substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant/appellant. The Application is rejected.

However, in the circumstances, the Appeal is directed to be heard expeditiously. The same shall be listed, peremptorily, for final hearing on 30th November 2015.
