By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 14.06.2016 passed by Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai below Exh.15 in L.C. Suit No. 1757 of 2010 and Notice of Motion No. 2095 of 2010. Petitioner party in person pointed out that during the pendency of the present petition, the Trial Court passed final order dated 04.07.2016 in Notice of Motion No. 2095 of 2010. In view of subsequent development, nothing survives in present Writ Petition.
