Perused the Clause 2 of the order dated 22nd April 2015 passed in Writ Petition No.2958 of 2014. If the grievance of the Applicants is that the said direction is not complied with, the Applicants can always apply for initiating action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants tendered across the bar a communication dated 5th October 2015 issued to the first Applicant by the Senior Inspector of Police, Byculla Police Station, Mumbai.
