By this Civil Application, the Applicant/Original Claimant is seeking condonation of 52 days delay in fling the First Appeal challenging the Judgment and award dated 25th August, 2014 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in application No. 3599/2007.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfed that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, the following order:
