This Interim Application is filed by the insurance company for condoning the delay of 93 days in filing the First Appeal.

This Interim Application is filed seeking stay to the impugned Judgment and Award dated 12 April 2023 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kalyan in Motor Accident Claims Petition No. 178 of 2011.

By an order dated 7th February, 2023, this Court had granted interim relief subject to the deposit of the entire awarded amount. However, by some reason amount is not being deposited. 3.

The learned advocate for the insurance company requested some reasonable time be granted to the Applicantinsurance company to deposit the entire awarded amount. 4.

Further, time of four weeks is granted to the Applicantinsurance company to deposit the entire awarded amount with interest accrued thereon.

Stand over to 12 October 2023.
