On a perusal of the order annexed at Exhibit-A, it appears that the application tendered by the Petitioner seeking permission of the State Government for transfer of land has been approved by the State. The Additional Collector, Nashik Division, Nashik, in observance of the procedure prescribed in that behalf is

2 /2 901 & 902. wp.7072.15.doc required to issue memorandum. However, since the date of issuance of the order by the State Government in 2013, no steps have been taken. Considering this aspect, the Additional Collector, Nashik Division, Nashik, is directed to adopt appropriate procedure prescribed under the law and take steps as permissible, as expeditiously, and preferably within eight weeks from today. The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
