1] This is an application for modification of condition No.6(ii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 24th April 2017. The said condition No.6(ii) reads under: aAfter their release from jail, the applicant shall attend the ANC, Thane on every first Monday of the month and also all dates before the Trial Court.o 2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, the trial of the present case has already commenced and the prosecution has examined two witnesses. He submitted that since the date of her release 1/2

appp.693-2018.doc from jail, the applicant is sincerely complying with the aforesaid condition. 3] In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the Office of ANC, Thane once in three months i.e. every 1st Monday of every third of calendar month.
