DATED : 18th AUGUST, 2021 P.C:- Learned APP state that the investigation in the CR is over and the charge-sheet is ready. On instructions from the Investigating Office, he state that the charge-sheet will be filed in the competent Court on or before 21st August 2021. On such statement being made, learned counsel Mr. Gole seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the Sessions Court, in the wake of the said charge-sheet.

Application is permitted to be withdrawn reserving the liberty as prayed for.
