2.
Today when the matters came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the petitioner is to dispose of the petitions by directing
respondent no.2 Education Officer to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal sent by the Institution to him in regard to the petitioner's claims for granting them approval as Full Time Permanent Teachers. He also submits that till such proposal is decided by the Education Officer, the posts in question be not filled up by sending the other teachers from other Institutions. 3.
Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, without commenting upon the merits of the said proposal and petitioner's entitlement, these petitions are disposed of by directing the concerned Education Officer to consider and take appropriate decision on the proposal sent by the Institution in regard to the petitioner's claim. The decision as aforesaid be taken within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order and appropriate speaking order be passed in that regard. Till next date of hearing, status quo as it exits today, as regards the post on which the petitioners are claiming to be made permanent be maintained. Petitioners may submit written submissions before the Education Officer within one week from today. Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. (MAKARAND KARNIK, J.) (SHANTANU KEMKAR, J.)
