Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an Appeal before the Appellate Authority i.e., Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Pune Division, Pune.

Leave granted. Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

One of the grievances raised by the petitioner is that the Registry of the Appellate Authority is not accepting the Appeal. In case such an Appeal is presented by the petitioner, the Registry of

906_wp.2823.2021.doc the Appellate Authority i.e., Divisional Commissioner (Revenue), Pune Division, Pune shall accept the Appeal and the Appellate Authority shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible, however, within three weeks from the date of filing such Appeal. 4.

Needless to observe that the concerned Authority shall adhere to the principles of natural justice and communicate the decision taken on the Appeal to the parties forthwith. 5.
