By way of the present Petition, Petitioner is before this Court seeking quashment of the show cause notices issued to him on 19th July, 2021 under Section 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Copy of the said notice is placed on record at Exhibit 'A', page 23. It may not be necessary for us to refer to the contents or backdrop of the notice, suffice it to say that by the said notice the Petitioner was called upon to show cause as to why he should not be directed to execute bond for one year of his good behaviour.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the authorities are closing this proceeding within one week and they would intimate the Petitioner accordingly.
