This Petition is identical in all respects to the group of Petitions bearing Writ Petition No.11326 of 2017 and other companion matters disposed of by Division Bench of this Court vide Order dated 12.07.2018. Considering this aspect, the instant Petition can also be disposed of by issuing the directions as similar to those already issued by this Court on 12.7.2018. Hence the Order:

(i) The Petition stands dismissed on the ground of locus. (ii) It is clarified that the individual land holders, if they so desire, are entitled to challenge the acquisition proceedings, which shall be salgaonkar
