We have heard the party-in-person who is before this Court today. On hearing the party-in-person as well as on perusal of the praecipe, it reveals that the grievance of the party-in-person is in respect of preparation of certain fabricated documents. It is submitted by the party-in-person that insofar as civil rights are concerned, he has filed certain civil cases viz. 4 civil cases at Civil Court, Senior Division, Pune. When a query was put to party-in-person as to whether any steps were taken by him in the backdrop of his grievance viz fabrication of documents, he submitted that till date, he has not taken any steps due to lack of necessary legal knowledge. 3.

At this stage, the party-in-person submitted that he be permitted to take appropriate steps as per the provisions of law. Accordingly, the party-in-person is allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to take appropriate steps, if so advised, by approaching the competent forum for redressal of his grievance including judicial forum.
