This is third consecutive application for bail filed by the Applicant. First Application preferred by Applicant bearing Criminal Application No. 1158 of 2014 was dismissed by this Court on merits by a reasoned order dated 12th January, 2015. Applicant therefore preferred second Application bearing Interim Application (Stamp) No. 2677 of 2020 and when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, the applicant withdrew the said application and accordingly it was disposed of on 22nd October 2020.

Except passage of time, there is no change in circumstance which was prevailing on 22nd October 2020.
