The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1-original complainant submitted that during the pendency of the present writ petition the original complainant and respondent/original accused Nos. 2 and 3 have settled the matter out of court. The petitioner herein is the original accused No.4. In view of the amicable settlement between respondent/original accused Nos.2 to 3, the present petitions are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2) The amount of Rs.15000/- each deposited by the petitioner herein in the registry of the Trial
