By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction against the Respondent to decide their Application bearing no. 61 of 2013 (Exhibit-B page 16 to the petition) under section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 within stipulated time.
