Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the medical termination of pregnancy of the petitioner was successfully carried out in the concerned hospital on 14.08.2021 whereafter she was discharged from the hospital on 16.08.2021.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the writ petition.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
