This is an application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.1, since deceased, on record after condoning the delay in filing the application. Respondent no.1 died on 21.11.2013 leaving behind respondents no.1(a) and 1(b). Office remark shows that they are served. No reply is filed opposing the application. They have neither entered appearance nor filed reply opposing the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons

2/2 CAS/1265/2014 stated in the application,Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs.

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
