Mr. Cama, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to press application dated 30.2.2018 filed by the petitioner for permission to Arshiya aged about 14 years to travel abroad.

The learned Counsel for the parties state that the next date of hearing before the trial Court is 27.6.2018. Mr. Cama states that the petitioner will press that application on 27.6.2018 including interim relief claimed in that application. 4.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Cama, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. Order accordingly.
