PER COURT :

1] Heard learned counsel for the Appellant-wife and learned counsel for the Respondent-husband. Also heard the Appellant-wife and Respondent-husband, who are present in person. 2] The parties state that, they have amicably settled the matrimonial dispute among themselves and they have tendered consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

3] In view of the consent terms, the petition for divorce, which was filed under Section 13(i)(a) is converted to Section 13-B. The marriage between the parties is dissolved by mutual consent. 1/2

osk 901-fca-119-2016.odt 4] The Appellant-wife confirmed that all her gold and silver articles and other articles have been handed over to her. In addition, she confirmed that she has received "Demand Draft" drawn in her name. The said "Demand Draft" is drawn, in the sum of Rs.7,71,000/-, on "Bank of Baroda" and it is dated 2nd August, 2017. The undertakings given by the parties in the consent terms are accepted. 5] The amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, which has been deposited by the Respondent-husband in the Family Court, Pune is allowed to be withdrawn by the Appellant-wife.

6] The Appeal is disposed of in above terms. Decree be drawn up accordingly.
