This is a Petition filed against the order dated 21st April, 2022 passed by the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, rejecting the Miscellaneous Application seeking stay of the order dated 25th February, 2021 as well as dismissing the appeal in view of the noncompliance of the mandatory deposit for filing appeal. 3.

Mr. Punjabi submits that he needs time to serve copy of this Petition on the Respondents, so that he can pursue them to settle the matter.
