By the impugned order, application made by the Petitioner for reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 has been rejected. Statutory remedy is available under Section 18 of the said Act as amended for the State of Maharashtra. By granting liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse to the remedy available, we dispose of the Petition.
