The only relief sought by the Petitioner is a direction to the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nandurbar, (for short STCS Committee) to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner within a particular time frame. It seems that the tribe claim of the Petitioner has been referred to the STCS Committee sometime in the year 2005. The Petitioner has annexed a letter to the above Petition at page 15 addressed by his employer informing him to produce his caste validity certificate. We therefore direct the STCS Committee to decide the claim of the Petitioner as belonging to ThakurScheduled Tribe latest by 28-2-2019. Until the Petitioner's tribe claim is decided, no coercive steps in respect of the services of the Petitioner be taken mmj
