The grievance of the petitioner is that the police has not registered FIR on the complaint presented by him. Learned APP referred to FIR and stated that the issue raised by the petitioner involves determination of civil rights of the parties. The Civil Suit No. 345/465 of 1978 was filed. The Complainant had given reference to another Civil Suit No.1747/1998. 2.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that forged

We have perused the record and considered the submissions advanced. In the facts of the case, we are not inclined to issue directions as prayed for by the petitioner. However, the petitioner is at liberty to resort to appropriate alternate remedy as prescribed in the Criminal Procedure Code.
