The grievance according to the petitioner is that a representation was filed on 23.6.2016 seeking cancellation of the resolution dated 20.10.2014 passed by the Gram Panchayat, but the said representation is still pending before respondent no. 2 Standing Committee and till date no decision has been taken on it. 3.

A prayer is made to direct the respondent no. 2 to take appropriate decision on the said representation dated 23.6.2016. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 2 to consider and take

520-wp-7538.2017.sxw appropriate decision on the said representation dated 23.6.2016 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as also to Mr. Sarjerao Nalavade or any other person who may be affected by the said decision.
