On 23/10/2020, Bail Application No.86 of 2020 fled by the Applicant, was withdrawn and stood disposed of as such. 2.

Thereafter, the present bail application is moved despite there being no change in circumstances. When the learned counsel is confronted with the above, he is unable to point out the same. In the wake of the aforesaid fact that there being no change in circumstances, the present bail application cannot be entertained and, therefore, is required to be dismissed. 3.

The application is dismissed.
