The prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is as vague as it could be. The details are given of an application No. 22 of 2018 fled under Section 41D of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950. The details of other proceedings does not seem to have been given. 2.

The petitioner seeks directions for deciding the application fled in respect of the respondent Trust expeditiously.

We are not aware of the number of matters pending before the Authority. It would not be appropriate to issue a blanket direction in that regard.

The petitioner may apply to the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner/Joint Charity Commissioner for expeditious disposal of the applications. The Assistant Charity Commissioner/Joint Charity Commissioner may Gaikwad RD 1/2
