The petitioner is working on the post of Gram Sevak. He has been transfered along with various other Gram Sevak's by common order dated 23rd May 2017 by Zilla Parishad, Thane from Bhiwandi to Murbad. Feeling aggrieved the petitioner had filed representation and has filed this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's representation Exh.E in regard to his transfer has not been considered as yet.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the grievance made by the petitioner, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No.3 to decide the petitioner's representation 'Exh-E' as expeditiously as possible and in any case not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The petitioner is also at liberty to file fresh representation along with copy of this Court's order before the concerned authority.

All contentions of the petitioner are kept open. 6.
