This petition challenges an order passed by the School Tribunal at Kolhapur, in an appeal under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Regulation Act, 1977. The appeal of Respondent No.1 herein challenged an order of termination and claimed reinstatement with full back wages and continuity in service. The impugned order of the tribunal grants her reinstatement with full back wages and continuity in service with effect from the date of her termination. Since Respondent No.1 has now been gainfully employed as a teacher with Zilla Parishad, Ratnagiri and is no more interested either in reinstatement in service of the Petitioners or back wages and withdraws her claim personally before the Court, the Petitioner does not press the petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. (S.C. GUPTE, J.)
