Learned advocate for the petitioner states that in spite of his best efforts, the petitioner is not responding to his requests. He placed on record email sent to the address of the petitioner. He submitted that despite WhatsApp messages and telephonic conversations, the petitioner is not remaining present in Court. This Court had directed the petitioner to remain present in Court. 2.

The conduct of the petitioner shows that he is not interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
