This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.131 of 2023, registered with M.R.A.Marg Police Station for offences under Section 504 and 506(II) of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, learned APP for the State. I have perused the records and considered the submissions advanced by the learned Counsel for the respective parties . 3.

The first informant is the wife of the Applicant herein. On 26.5.2023, there was quarrel between the Applicant and the first informant, which led to filing of the first information report. 4.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, interim bail granted to the Applicant by order dated 22nd June, 2023 stands confirmed. 6.

The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when required.
