The applicant is mother-in-law of the first informant. After perusing the record of investigation and in view of the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar & Anr., reported in (2014) 8 Supreme Court Cases 273, the applicant deserves to be protected by way of pre-arrest bail.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 22.06.2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned police station is hereby waived.
