Civil Application No. 2712 of 2015 Pursuant to the order dated 21st August, 2015, learned AGP produced a copy of the letter given by Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition and submitted that in the original Land Acquisition Reference No. 733/2000, an amount of Rs.75,05,304/- in the name of Smt. Anabai Bhaskar Patil is received from CIDCO and now the appellant/State will deposit the amount within one week.

In view of the submissions made by learned AGP, the amount is to be deposited on or before 7th September, 2015 from the office of Collector. Thereafter, the original claimant is allowed to withdraw the

In the cause title, it is wrongly mentioned as "Civil Application No. 2232 of 2015, hence, the same is substituted as "Civil Application No. 150 of 2015".
