Both are fighting on the issue of transfer of vehicle by executing forged documents for non-payment of entire consideration. In the aforesaid background, C.R. No.19 of 2022 came to be registered with Khandeshwar Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 1/2

31.ABA.1735.22.doc 406, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Applicant is a step-son of the complainant. Applicant was not born out of marriage of the complainant with step-mother of the Applicant but was born out of his first marriage. It appears that the complainant has already received an amount of Rs 1,60,000/- through google-pay towards part consideration for transfer of four wheeler. There appears to be inter se dispute between the Applicant, his mother on one side and the complainant on the other. In this background, it can be noticed that complaint is based on matrimonial discord and strained relations between the father and son. 3] In this backdrop, in my opinion, case for confirmation of adinterim protection is made out. Ad-interim protection stands confirmed. Applicant shall report to Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station from 26th September, 2022 to 29th September, 2022 between 10.00 A.M. and 12.00 Noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

4] Application is disposed of. As a consequence, Interim Application is also disposed of.
