Learned counsel for the Intervenor seeks leave to amend the application by replacing the documents which is order of this Court passed in ABA No.817/16 dated 5th May 2015, contending that same is wrongly filed, and seeks leave to replace the same by order dated 2nd May 2016.

Leave as prayed is allowed. Amendment be carried out forthwith.
