The petitioner has remedy to approach before the Tribunal for restoration. Hence, the petitioner is permitted to file an application for restoration before the Tribunal with liberty to file Vakalatnama.

Period spent in prosecuting the present writ petition, shall be excluded while considering limitation for applying restoration. 4.
