The learned AGP on instructions of the learned Advocate General states that the communication dated 14th June 2016 will be withdrawn by the learned Advocate General and a fresh decision will be taken by him on the letter dated 2nd December 2015 submitted by the petitioner. We accept the statement.

We may note here that this statement has been made in deference to prima facie opinion expressed by the Court that on 14th June 2016, the present Advocate General was not regularly appointed in accordance with

wp8408 Article 165 read with Article 166 of the Constitution of India.

In view of this statement, nothing survives in this petition and the same is disposed of.
