The applicant is seeking direction against investigating agency to produce document reflected in prayer clause 15 (a) and (b). He invited my attention to the order dated 19th January, 2022 directing investigating agency to produce document. Communication dated 23rd February, 2022 by mobile phone operator shows that such details are not available prior to period of One year. In such a situation appropriate remedy for the applicant is to move the same Judge.

The Criminal Application is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to applicant to approach before the same Judge for appropriate reliefs.
