Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP. 2.

By this application, applicant is pressing for relaxation of condition.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court (Coram: Anuja Prabhudessai, J) by order dated 25th March, 2022 has granted bail to the applicant. While granting bail Condition No.3 is imposed on the applicant, the applicant shall report to Dongri Police 1/2

Shantanu Dhudum 52-IA-2115-2023.doc Station, Mumbai once in a month on every first Saturday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. until further orders. 4.

Learned counsel further submits that trial has commenced. The matter is fixed for recording of evidence. Applicant is labourer. It is very difficult him to attend the Court dates and police station. Hence, requested to allow the application.

Learned APP submits that the condition imposed by this Court is proper and no interfere is required in it. 6.

I have heard both learned counsel.

As trial of the case has been commenced. Applicant is labourer, he is attending Court dates regularly. 8.

In view of above, the Condition No.3 is modified as under. "Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a six month on any Sunday between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., till conclusion of the trial."
