After arguing for sometime, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner Mr. Haridas, seeks withdrawal of the above Petition to file appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court to agitate the grievance of the Petitioner in respect of the access to their lands. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in the Civil Court. Needless to state that if any such proceedings are filed, the same would be tried on their own merits and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the orders passed by the revenue authorities.
