By this Interim Application, the applicant/original petitioner is seeking permission to carry out amendment in the writ petition in view of subsequent developments.

: O R D E R :

(a) The applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No.2088 of 2021 on or before 21st August, 2021;

(b) If amendment is carried out within time, the applicant is directed to serve amended copy of the petition on the other side on or before 27th August, 2021 and file affidavit of service in the Registry.

(c) If amended copy of the petition is served on the respondents, the respondents are permitted to file reply on or before 4th September, 2021 with copy to the other side.

(d) Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly.

(e) No order as to costs.

(f) Writ Petition to appear on board on 9th September, 2021, under the caption "For Admission".
