After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, when this court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel on instructions from the relatives of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court if the trial pertaining to CR No.655/2014 registered with Santacruz Polices Station, Mumbai does not commence within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty is granted. Application is disposed off accordingly.
