By this application, applicant is seeking permission to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No.2089 of 2021 in view of subsequent developments.

Mr. Pathak, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that after filing writ petition, they learnt that SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE SHAILAJA SHRIKANT HALKUDE Date: 2021.08.07 16:10:28 +0530

23-IA-1713-2021.doc respondent No.1 has furnished copy of an E-mail received by it from Cyber Crime Faridabad directing respondent No.2 to freeze the bank account. Hence, they filed the present application for carrying out amendment.

Considering the submissions made by Mr. Pathak, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, we are satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the application. Hence, the following order is passed;

: O R D E R :

(a) The applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in Writ Petition No.2089 of 2021 on or before 21st August, 2021;

(b) If amendment is carried out within time, the applicant is directed to serve amended copy of the petition on the other side on or before 27th August, 2021 and file affidavit of service to that effect in the Registry. (c) If amended copy of the petition is served on the respondents, the respondents are permitted to file reply on or before 4th September, 2021 with copy to the other side.

(d) Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. (e) No order as to costs.

(f) Writ Petition to appear on board on 9th September, 2021, under the caption "For Admission".
