Heard Mr. Sarkhot, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The Applicant is the original Respondent.

In the Interim Application, prayer is to grant peremptory date of final hearing of the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is of the year 1997. By earlier order dated 25th February 2016 passed in Civil Application No.389 of 2015, a learned Single Judge has already expedited the hearing of the Writ Petition. None appears for the Respondent. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed.
