After hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, I am of the opinion that the cause made out in the Civil Application is sufficient for condonation of delay of 67 days. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). As far as the other relief is concerned, it is open to the Applicants to take out separate application in that regard.
