Learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the Police have submitted charge-sheet against Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 in the Court of Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 68th Court, at Borivali, Mumbai on 14th July, 2023 and the same is numbered as C.C. No.2553/PW/2023. That the Petitioner Nos. 1 and 4 have been dropped from the array of accused.
